The early wilting and yellowing of leaves in response to ethylene is the main limitation affecting vase quality cut chrysanthemums. Therefore, leaf senescence most difficult problem post-harvest production Nevertheless, molecular mechanism on regulation chrysanthemum still unclear. In this study, we identified an ethylene-sensitive ‘FenDante,’ which showed rapid chlorophyll content decrease under treatment, resulting before flower senescence.
